If you receive printed materials with quality defects, such as printing errors, color discrepancies, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your claim and, if valid, provide a reprint or refund.
If we make an error in your order, such as incorrect quantity, wrong specifications, or printing mistakes on our part, we will correct the error at no additional cost to you.
Orders that have been approved by the customer after proof review are generally not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of quality defects or our errors.
Custom and personalized printing orders are typically non-refundable once production has begun, unless there is a quality defect or error on our part.
To initiate a return or refund request:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
